Knocked Up!

Ok, so I was bad, went against the advice of Dr. M's office, caved, and took a HPT test a day early (I just couldn't stand the suspense any longer), and....it was positive!!! I can't believe it! SH says to be "cautiously optimistic" since there's still a chance it could be a chemical pregnancy or end in miscarriage, but still, for right now, I am pregnant and sooo happy! :) I had my first twinge of nausea today when I got really hungry before lunch, which seems like a good sign. The other main symptom I'm having is that I'm ravenously hungry, and it seems like no matter how much I eat, I can't feel satiated. But I don't care, because as of yesterday, I am 4 weeks pregnant! It's so hard to believe that this is actually happening! I'm going in tomorrow for the official blood test. This is so exciting!
